Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

We understand that plans change. To support accessibility while ensuring we can sustainably offer high-quality programming, the following refund policy applies to all courses:

• Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the scheduled course start time.

• Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) no later than 48 hours prior to the course start.

• No refunds are available within 24 hours of the course start time or after the course has begun.

 

Course Rescheduling

• Participants who are unable to attend within 24 hours of the course start time may request to reschedule for a future offering of the same or a comparable course, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling requests must be made in writing and may be used one time unless otherwise stated.

 

Exceptions

Refunds or alternative accommodations may be considered in limited circumstances such as serious illness or emergencies, at the sole discretion of the organization.
